The National Water Supply and Drainage Board has announced that a 12-hour water cut will be implemented across parts of Kalutara tomorrow (05 Aug).
In a statement, the Water Board said the water supply will be suspended from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm tomorrow.
The Water Board further said that the reason for this interruption is urgent maintenance work on the Kalutara water supply system.
Accordingly, the water supply will be suspended in Kalutara South, Kalutara North, Nagoda, Waskaduwa, Pothupitiya, and Wadduwa.
Expressing regret over the inconvenience caused to the public, the Water Board urged residents to use water sparingly during this period. (Islandnews)
