The Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) has introduced a new mechanism to gather passenger feedback, suggestions, and complaints regarding public transportation.
According to SLTB Chief Executive Officer Mahesh Kulatilleke, the initiative is part of a broader plan aimed at ensuring safer and more efficient public transport services.Â
