Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has announced the schedule for the Australia U19 Women’s Team’s tour of Sri Lanka in September this year.
The Australia Under-19 Women’s Team will arrive in Sri Lanka in September to take part in a six-match bilateral series, featuring five T20 games and one Youth One Day International (Youth ODI).
According to the SLC, this tour presents a valuable opportunity for the young cricketers to gain international exposure and experience.
The series is expected to play a key role in nurturing the next generation of women’s cricketers and strengthening the youth development pathway.
The matches for the Australia U19 Women’s Team’s tour of Sri Lanka will be played in Hambantota. (Islandnews)
