Kamil Mishara and Vishen Halambage are being considered for Sri Lanka’s Twenty20 International squad for the upcoming series against Zimbabwe after strong domestic performances, according to reports.
Nuwanindu Fernando is also likely to be included in both the ODI and T20I squads and is expected to bat at No. 4 in the shorter format. Pavan Ratnayake is expected to be named in the ODI squad.
Sri Lanka is set to tour Zimbabwe in August 22nd for a limited-overs series, with 2 ODIs and three T20Is scheduled. The series will be part of Sri Lanka’s build-up to upcoming Asia Cup in Dubai. (Islandnews)
