Local and foreign tourists have been warned of a fake AI-generated video circulating on social media, showing the Nine Arch Bridge in Demodara illuminated with a special lighting system.Â
A group of tourists from the Netherlands and some local tourists are reported to have visited the tourist attraction after being misled by the fake video.Â
Despite the government having decided to install a special lighting system on the Nine Arch Bridge and its popular railway tunnel, the system has not been launched yet.Â
As such, both local and foreign tourists have been urged not to be misled by false information. (Islandnews)
