The Central Bank of Sri Lanka has announced that the statement of Member Accounts of the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) for the second half of 2024 has now been issued.
Issuing a notice, the Central Bank has urged employees to collect their updated statement from their employers, adding that the statements have already been posted to employers.Â
Complaints about discrepancies regarding member names, National Identity Card numbers (NIC), and credited contribution amounts in these statements of accounts can be reported via the telephone number 0112-206690 or the email epfhelpdesk@cbsl.lk. (Islandnews)
