Heavy Showers Above 100mm Expected in Several Areas Today

Heavy showers exceeding 100mm are expected in parts of southwestern Sri Lanka today, with the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Northwestern provinces, along with Galle and Matara districts, likely to experience rainy conditions. Authorities have also warned of strong winds and lightning during thundershowers.
